Been having tons of trouble with DSL. So frustrating! Yesterday, I lost 1000 cuz I couldn't teach. Hate PLDT! We don't even have a landline. Both dsl and our landline keep blinking on and off every 10 mins. It seems to be fixed now, but I'm nt taking any chances. I'll find an internet cafe or something.
I'm 3/4 packed for Hong Kong! I'm so excited! I pray that it doesn't rain during our vacation. |

I am so proud of my brother! :D He got the job in Japan! He'll be working as Xango's Systems Administrator and will be flying to the US in three weeks to start his ojt!! I'm so proud I could burst! I know I have missed him soo much, but it is worth it!

I have a webcam and tisha has a webcam. I always wondered why mine was so fiddly and terrible and grainy, but accepted it cuz i thought it was that way. Was it cuz I had USB 1.1 and not 2? Was it cuz my processor speed was slower? I'm really picky with image quality, see. So, I bought a USB 2 card in hopes it would improve. It did a little.
I asked tisha to bring over her webcam so i could compare it. I installed her camera on my computer and we took these two pictures at the same time, in the same conditions. IT'S RIDICULOUS! I'm so flabbergasted I've been staring at the photo for hours! :O
Tish's is on the left, mine's on the right.
I am upset because the webcam I bought is a Logitech Quickcam Express. It was 1,100. But that was the image quality? Tish's was cheaper, and it's waay better.
What is it with me and webcams? I remember buying the top of the line webcam back in the day for 5k so I could videochat with migo. He bought the same model but lower end and it was lightyears better.

I bought a new phone, and with it, all my troubles drifted away ^_^ I realized I've been depriving myself, and that's why I've been so stressed and angry lately.
Coke in a glass bottle tastes better than Coke in a can or a plastic bottle. I dunno why. We have the 1.5L Coke bottles at home, but I always buy a P6 Coke Sakto for its taste. |

Everything is beautiful, everything is free. The breeze is so refreshing, the music is so uplifting, my vision is splendorfic. Everything smells clean and soapy. How divine the world is!
Ming-Ming's fur is so soft, the finches have four tiny eggs, I watched a great movie on HBO, and love is full of hope.
A smile can brighten your day, and there are a few people who are gems that can make it all worthwhile.
I have every material possession I could want or need. My bed is like Mingy fur. I am happy with what God has blessed me with when he gave me my body and soul. I won't let it go to waste.
What a joyful perspective you own when you learn how to be grateful. All else seems so finite and shallow. How could I allow them to consume me before?
Love is the most wonderful feeling in the world. I thought I didn't have it, but I do. People may not have it for me, but I have it for them. I am satisfied with that. ^_^ |
